Over half of Danish respondents to a survey conducted from December 2022 to January 2023 stated that they watched TV shows and movies on ad-supported streaming TV, making this the most popular platform type to watch content among almost all generations in Denmark. Only baby boomers preferred paid traditional and broadcast TV over the streaming option.
